Our Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Made to order items can not be returned or exchanged as this can not be sold to another customer. 


We do NOT offer refunds once your order is being processed. Our store offers store credit or exchanges at this time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.
If you are approved, then you will be offered a store credit or exchange.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged .

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at modestiquedesigns@outlook.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 


Shipping and Custom Fees 

All shipments crossing international borders are assessed for duties and taxes decided by the importing country's government.

Duties and Tax fees are paid to the government, whereas shipping fees are paid to your chosen shipping company. Please note that shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes fees. 

These charges are your responsibility. Modestique Designs has no control over these charges as they vary between countries.
